I will say this about CSUB (aka Harvard West)...no way should we be anywhere near the top 10 when it comes to hot coeds.  Nothing against our local girls but ASU? UCLA? PEPPERDINE?  Come on.  But since it is also a big time commuter school we have some amazing "returning students".   I was always amazed at the number of smokin' MILFs that enrolled once their rugrats hit elementary school.

Not quite downloading torrents, but it is stealing following the letter of the law.  It has become extremely popular in the last 4-5 years and much content is hosted on sites like Box.  Those who have those accounts and stream are sought out far more IMO.  Cat and mouse game.  Such is life.
