So I head to a meeting on the outskirts of civilization (interior) after working from home all morning.  Get back and have no internet or tv service at all.  I was gone for four hours.  WTF happened while I was gone? So someone at Frontier might be out next Tuesday.  What am I paying for until Tuesday?  :hot:

The ankle-grabbing fee, it's in your bill.

Ok, so you've gotten us all addicted to TV/broadband entertainment. Deliver that sweet, sweet hit when we want it.. We got money.

I've been contemplating dumping tv all together.  I'm not under contract so I might go with Spectre...er..Spectrum

lady i work with used to be in a different office. that office had a whiteboard to keep track of her malapropisms and interesting mis-uses of words.

she's sort of flighty and not very sophisticated. super sweet lady, very nice, lots of fun just not terribly.. complex.. and kind of missing something.

she was just talking weather with another lady here. the other lady said "it's supposed to be really hot in (location of her cottage) this weekend! are you going to be up there like you usually are?" (going up north to cottages on summer weekends is really, really popular here)

lady says "oh, thank goodness i'm not going to be there this weekend! except saturday & sunday i'll be there.. but otherwise i won't!"

god love her

love her.

apropos of nothing, but since we're sharing work stories, I just slammed a cabinet door shut on our receptionist's finger.

they actually sit next to each other and !@!$$!$!@!#@#! loves to talk at her.

he makes up these crazy scenarios and punctuates them with "RIGHT (insert lady's name)!! RIGHT!!??" while giggling stupidly.

she's a bit hard of hearing and a little slow on the uptake so it can be a real sideshow

Best recipe I've come up with in a while. Startlingly good and quite healthy

Salmon wrap with tzatzki and kebab vegetables

In a large lettuce leaf, place fresh salmon, kabob veggies and tztaziki

to make the salmon, heat butter in skillet to high heat, place salmon skin side down and cook until sin crispy (4-5 min), flip, reduce heat to low and cook until done, Remove and place on plate.. I like mine MR to medium

to make kabab veggies. cut mushrooms, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, red oniom, yellow onion aand mushrooms that are bite sice, but big enough to skewer.. place in a bowl and marinate with balsamic vinegar, seasoned rice vinegar and olive oil. set aside or place in fridge until ready to use What you do not use for this recipe you can use for great salad additions or skewer and grill.

Tzatziki sauce - Costco sells a great one for a good price. To make your own: two cups greek full fat yogurt,2 c sour cream, 4Tgarlic powder, 4T onion powder, and one large shredded cucumber. Mix and let set at least a few hours, a few days is better

After cooking you salmon, throw in the veggies on high heat and cook until still fairly crisp. Add a handfull of pine nut or cashews and flip/stir.

Pour all the veggies and the butter they were cooked in, onto the plate of cooked salmon filets

Take a big lettuce leaf, put on some salmon (be sure to include the skin, its very healthy and in the wrap it won't seem gross). Top with veggies and a generous dollop of tzatziki

so do I place fresh salmon in the leaf, or cook it first.

EDITING!!!!!

I have IT here putting a patch on my laptop, because I'm getting Blue Screens of Death when I'm in the office  (but not at home). Weird.

How am I angry? Because I haven't bought cornhole  bags in 10 years and have no idea where to?  So I'm angry because this jack### can't use google?
