GM's Thread About Everything/GM's Thread About Nothing (10 Viewers)

I've been depressed.  Does anyone have any good news to share?  YSR's dad's parking space working out well?  GM get any good butters at Rite Aid?  Anything?
Looks like I'm buying a house soon, my boat works again and I'm not currently being stalked that I'm aware of.   Best summer ever.

I rode to church on Sunday, had a nice service, but when I went out to get on my bike, somebody stole the front wheel  . Had the back wheel and the frame locked.

But today, my Pastor called and said the church would reimburse me for the wheel.

These are good.  Thai sounds delicious.  Roverfish, new house in Gig Harbor?
Yeah, roverkid wants to go to high school here so I'm committed to Gig Harbor for the next 5 years.   I've been renting since the divorce, but now my firm has finally gained some traction and we're cashing checks, so I'm going to buy something, probably by the end of summer.

heading to italy next month!  i'll be getting a special meal on the plane.

my niece and nephew from HI are staying with us for a few days.  it's crazy, but the kids laughter is totally awesome to hear.  my daughter loves having them stay with us.

we painted out living room and it looks awesome

seeing Roger Waters on Saturday.   the group of people going keeps growing, and as we discuss meeting up it's becoming clear that the array of drugs that are going to be used by this group of middle-aged professionals that night is astounding.

I guess I'm happy some things in your life are working well or whatever, but the lack of entertaining stalking stories is some serious bull####.

Wife stuck her finger in an immersion blender the other day.

20 stitches and a broken finger.

Whenever the LD unit delivers a baby, they play twinkle twinkle little star over the PA

The five hours I was in the ER with her, we heard Twinkle twinkle six times.

I always thought she was pretty smart, but after this I put a piece of tape on the toaster and wrote- Do not remove stuck toast with a fork

We're getting a little off track here with bad lemonade and ripped up fingers.  More good news, please.  Tanner must have heard a Pixies song today or kev had nachos at a strip joint or something.

Where are you going in Italy?

Plans for our 20th anniversary are taking shape. Looks like Denver for 4 days, 3 nights in October. Seeing The Shins and Spoon at Red Rocks and then attend the Great American Beer Festival the next day.

This is all my wife's idea.

Have I ever told you guys how much my wife kicks ###?

Wow.  That show sounds amazing.

Original plans were a few days alone in Nashville, then meet a bunch of friends in Kentucky and do a day on the Bourbon Trail, then the next day at Keenland. My friends in Lexington and Louisville both already had plans the weekend we were planning so we scrapped that idea.

If GM was there you would have got to hear a whole symphony.

I just realized I watched very little of Friends. Just saw part of an episode where Jennifer Anistons character had a baby.

Huh, did not know that

Need to plan a trip to Italy next year myself.  I usually look forward to planning travel.  And I'm definitely looking forward to the trip.  But not so much the planning.  Seems overwhelming.

Some pretty funny stuff here. Love the first one where someone returned a mango after taking some slices out of it and then taping it up with scotch tape.

Summer school is halfway over.

Beer kid who is no longer beer kid started a new job last week that he seems to like and has room for advancement.  Not beer kid is still at same job but has been interning at a local podcast/vidcast studio. No idea if there is any future in that but he's having a blast.

Rasputin the fish is still alive.

It's not raining in Portland.

My wife bought me cologne for Father's day so now I smell like a Saudi exchange student.

My 7yr old daughter still thinks I'm cool.

Taking the family on their very first camping trip Saturday, should be interesting.

I love trip planning.  Think I like it even more than trips.  Let me handle this.

Was this before or after you ripped on my daughter?

:karma:?
