Used to be a couple at the dog park we frequented in Nevada who had done both.I could never bring myself to take them seriously about anything.
i've been told that when i speak i have a quiet voice. people apparently have difficulty hearing me.
it's my normal speaking voice. not much i can do.
so when someone tells me "i can't hear you" and i speak more loudly ("normally") i'm told that i'm shouting.
and if i'm "shouting" i'm told it comes off as angry/loud/intimidating
