I've done it a few times but the first was the worst. Cut up a bunch of Jalapenos, seeded them and all that fun stuff. Later that night I take out my contacts, started as a slow burn. I start wonder wtf I did and in the 1 second it took for me to wonder my eyes felt like they were on fire. Couldn't open my eyes. It was a party.holy ####

UPDATE: my hands still burn. less than yesterday by a significant amount but still noticeable. ####. almost couldn't sleep last night because of the burning sensation under my thumbnails.
