Personally not a fan of the beard (or the walls, or the "art") but if it's getting you laid more, I don't know why you're even asking this question.

Back the I figured it was better than the sports paraphernalia and girly pictures like my other young 20 something friends used for decoration. Thanks for your honest opinion dixkmitten. It would cost at least 60k to get my basement finished so that isn't happening anytime soon.

Here's a deal: when we move I undoubtedly won't be able to take a lot of this art with us. I'll give y'all dibs on whatever you want (other than the giant painting from an artist who died about a year ago, causing it to go up about 8x in value). We have a LOT of art.

The guy was in a business suit and driving a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry. That's not exactly living it up in the 90210, but if you make over $35k a year, that puts you in the 1% globally. So the odds are pretty good that this guy is actually a 1 percenter worldwide.So stop whining and aim higher you ************.

Wow. This whole thing really seems has you on edge. Why do you think that is? Why would you be so angry that a guy driving a Camry would claim to be part of the 99%?And you do realize that if the 99% decided they wanted to be the 1%, 99% of them would fail? Are you suggesting most people should set a life course with a guaranteed 99% failure rate?

I'm not angry, I just think it's stupid to celebrate being just like everyone else. Congrats, you have no desire to be exceptional.

Some people find comfort in acknowledging a common situation with their fellow human beings. Some are wired to want to dominate everyone a quest for a life path with a 99% failure rate. For some reason it seems the latter get disproportionately angry at the former for being what they are, when without them, there's no way they could be what they aspire.

I think Carlton won $1000 at $5 min roulette at the hard rock tonight.

We've discussed the Juicy Lucy in this very thread, gb. Although two other places claim to be the original, the consensus is the Blue Door is the best.

A virus has made me into a mucus factory. My head is a foggy mess. I've been in bed for two days watching The Venture Brothers (which is a quality adult cartoon, btw) and playing Skyrim when things clear a bit.

They get a Texans team with broken legs this week, then they'd travel to the weakest 13-3 #1 seed I can remember. The Pats are just asking to be bounced by a team like the 2010 Jets: a good defensive team with enough offense to beat them. The Bengals are that team. I wouldn't be surprised to see them make it all the way to the AFC Championship game.

Bingo went really well last night. I had all the letters and numbers memorized so I was quite confident I wouldn't screw up. I dyed my hair green to go along with the blowout so I looked close enough like a giant troll doll that some people were blowing my hair for luck. It was a really fun night and lots of money was raised.

This morning, after a bunch of us met for breakfast, we had a "relay race" around the downtown area. Two teams going in opposite directions pushing/pulling a wheelbarrow with someone sitting in it. I was one of the "batons" for the race. My team only dumped me a few times but we didn't win. :( We did get a lot of funny looks from people when we got on the subway though.
