DeShaun Foster (toe), Dan Morgan (Achilles), Adam Seward (leg), and Nick Goings (concussion) were held out of Panthers practice Wednesday.

Foster is a new addition to the injury report. Carolina is coming off a bye, so it's a concern that he's not practicing. DeAngelo Williams would start against the Colts if Foster can't. Morgan doesn't appear close to returning.

hmm, a chance Dwill starts against the Colts? Even though the matchup is less than ideal

I would imagine this is what DWill owners were waiting for - DeShaun to do his usual and pull up lame. Looks like DWill's time is fast approaching

Hard to say; it could be nothing. Maybe they just wanted to give Foster a breather. Still, it's noteworthy and even if it leads to nothing more than DeAngelo getting a bigger share of the carries this week it could potentially start to tip the scales in his favor.
