Gordon/Borowski for Blalock/Rivera? (1 Viewer)

In a points league, have a pretty good team but I'm not quite sold on Alex Gordon as my 3B.

I was offered Blalock and Mariano Rivera for Alex Gordon and Joe Borowski this morning. Wondering what you guys think about this? Borowski is a decent closer in this format as long as he holds the job but Mariano is Mariano and the Yanks pen should be better now that Joba can get Mo the ball. Blalock is probably a slight decline from Gordon's overall numbers.

What do you guys think about this offer? Obviously if Gordon blows up I'd be a fool but if he has a season like last year I might be just as well with Blalock.

I dont understand, youre not sold on Gordon but youre taking a downgrade at 3B?

The logic behind that is that if Gordon will be so-so this year, should I trade him for another so-so player and improve somewhere else.Also the following guys are available on the wire: Iwamura, Mora, Crede. They arent great but theyre ok I guess.

I would jump on that offer immediately. Borowski is an ERA and Whip killer.
