Handcuff Values (1 Viewer)

It seems to me that perhaps some of our handcuff valuations are wrong.

The reason I say this is I've been pursuing G. Jones for some time despite expecting Fred Taylor to be named the starter (as it appears he has been). Now, why shouldn't I have instead been pursuing Michael Bennett or whoever the crap McGahee's back-up is?

None of those guys are starting unless the feature back goes down and we seem to generally agree that predicting injuries isn't a great strategy. Wouldn't G. Jones be one of the least valuable handcuffs then that I could acquire given that the KC offense or even possibly the BUF offense is going to offer more opportunity?

Who is "our" in the first sentence?

i think you have to judge the value of the handcuff by:

a. the price you pay relative to chance they play (injury risk)

b. the quality of the handcuff (if handcuff is not a decent player, not worth anything anyway)

c. the preice you pay for handcuff relative other players at that value
