HARRISON > Unhappy in Indy? (1 Viewer)

No WR will perform if they don't get passes thrown to them. Manning/Dungy have eliminated Harrison from the offense. The Colts are a run first team with Addai, and Wayne is the go to guy when they do pass. Not much else needs to be said on the subject.

:P The key to beating the Colts is forcing Manning and Harrison to beat you. The Titans did an excellent job of containing Wayne and Addai, so they let Harrison go unchecked, it worked and they won. Don't let a one game sample size fool you, Wayne is the clear #1. Harrison had at least three drops today that I saw, so his career is pretty much over.

Colts | Harrison suffers hand injury Week 15Mon, 18 Dec 2006 20:07:55 -0800ESPN reports Indianapolis Colts WR Marvin Harrison (hand) suffered a hand injury during the Week 15 game. :bye:
Huh...coulda sworn he came back in and finished the game, even after he banged up his hand. Even had a reception or two, I believe.

Yes, he did come back in, and he did catch one more pass after injuring his hand, but showed a lot of pain after that one catch. He wasn't targeted after that.

Yep. They threw to Wayne a few more times though. Theisman said he dislocated his finger (based on nothing more than observation) but they did report that Marvin has his three fingers taped together after he got hurt. On the one reception Harrison made following the injury, he cradled the ball with his body to make the catch, as opposed to using his hands. He clearly was hurting. As anyone knows who has dislocated/jammed/broken/sprained a finger, its gonna take some time to feel better and it can easily be re-injured. Therefore, I'd expect Wayne to be an absolute monster this week.
