Nobody should ever question anything this guy does. He's the best coach in the NFL for my money.Obviously you can't compare his résumé to Belichick's at this point, but if you give me the choice of any coach RIGHT NOW to lead my team, give me Jimbo. Makes me want to throw up knowing we had him in-house as a QB coach in Oakland. I guess Al didn't recognize his potential.

sorry man, he inherited most of that defense and now the offense is showing exactly what he brought to the table. the playoff run was a fluke aided by defenses learning how to cover kaep, which they now have.

Haha, that's good. I think he'll be running amok. Kaep has been a bit of a mystery, although the tools are there. He needs to mature and greatly increase his understanding of the game. Dude has the tools and has no other excuses. He can throw bombs and has legs to threaten on the ground. He's lacking the mental clarity required to be an exceptional QB.
