Heap Owners! Who are you filling in this week? (1 Viewer)

So Heap is off this week and I need a filler. Looking at Chris Baker, Courtney Anderson or Wrightster (among others). Any thoughts?

I'm leaning toward Wiggins over Baker. It's a PPR, so I'm thinking the Vikings may be playing from behind, meaning more targets for Wiggins.

I am considering J. Stevens if he is a go to play or Wrighster. If it looks like Stevens is going to play I am going to pick him up off waviers if no one beats my to him. If not I will go with Wrighster.

Also, consider Wrightster. He has done well.
That's who I'm using too.Like the matchup this week.
Problem I have with Wrighster is the quote from Marcedes Lewis saying, "I'm ready to go." You don't think Lewis will take away from Wrighster's targets?

Traded earlier in the year to get Mcmichael for this very reason. Still have heap and Randy is his back up for the rest of the year in case eventually one of heaps injuries keeps him off the field for a week....Which is bound to happen.

David Martin.

With Green Bay's W.R.'s being depleted I see their T.E.'s workload increasing. Martin's background may even allow him to move out into the slot for some packages.

I have the same problem, but I'm in a 16 team league. the waiver wire is pretty thin, so my options for a fill-in TE are Dan Graham, Marcedes Lewis, Leonard Pope, Dan Campbell, or Bryan Fletcher. it's like playing Russian roulette...

I'll probably take a chance on Lewis or Pope. they might get me nothing, but they're big kids with lots of upside, so who knows.

My league requires you to keep 2 TEs on your roster so the pickings are very slim. After Heap, I drafted Leonard Pope in the hopes he wouild be used as a huge target in the redzone, but that hasn't happened yet. My roster has a LOT of byes this wweek so I could not afford to take a chance with zero points at any position, so I picked up Bubba Franks. He was available because dropped because of a bye week conflict last week. He has not been involved in the passing game very much this year but it seems the GB will use TEs more now than they had up to this point this season. From the blogger

Anybody just taking a zero this week? For now that's my intention.

I have a lot of decent upside WR3/4, RB 3/4 guys that I would have to cut in order to get a backup TE that will in all likelihood only get me 3 points and will never play after this week (barring injury "knock wood"). Isn't the likelihood of a game being decided by 3 points relatively small?

If you have a lot of those decent upside guys, then you can certainly afford to cut one ensure you dont take a zero. Every single one of those upside options would have to be guys like Marion Barber or Greg Jennings to justify taking a zero so you could hold them.

Graham is now listed a questionable on the injury report and FBG's don't even have him listed in their cheatsheets for this week. Who is the better play between wrighster & Lewis for the Jags ?
