Steeler TEs have never been featured.
I know they have a new coach in Tomlin, but Tomlin's stops nevered featured the TE either in TB or Minny.
I can't think of a TE in Pitts history that has been a stud.
Pitt plays a smash mouth, play action to WR game where the TE is an afterthought.
45-525-4 at best.

The Steelers have a new HC and OC so historical info regarding the Steelers use of the TE may not be of much help.
OC Bruce Arians is definitely changing things. Arians wants to use more tight ends and wide receivers in various formations and more one-back schemes with Miller often lining up in the slot position. This could mean a big year for Miller (although you never know how these things will work out during the course of a game and over a season).
Another area of concern for Miller owners is the Steelers taking TE Matt Spaeth in the 3rd round of this year's draft. Spaeth is not a threat to take Miller's starting job but could vulture some of Miller's opportunities in the red zone.
Miller was the #14 TE in scoring for my league last year. If everything goes well for Miller I think it is possible Mhe could break into the top 10 but still not an elite TE in fantasy terms.
