Need some help.
We have a problem at Footballguys in that we offer so much content, it can be like drinking from a firehose. I have people tell me they are overwhelmed with all the stuff.
I want to position FBG as "the guide" and that means helping the customer understand what they need.
I've seen some websites that have a "Start Here" type of button or page that helps the visitor get going.
We've done some of that a bit with Adam Harstad's How To Use MyFBG article. But I'm thinking something that covers more.
Do you have any examples of websites that you've seen do this well? If you do, I'd love to see some links here.
