Help me clean paint off of a car (1 Viewer)

So my brother was driving down the road in his black 2010 Rav4, and a car coming the opposite direction obliterated a white paint can on the road.  The paint shot up and all over his car (no idea what the exact type of paint it was).    Front, hood, sides, windows, lights, wheel areas.............everywhere.

Question, what (if it even exists) would be the best chemicals and brush/sponge materials to use to clean the paint off and actually preserve the paint job?

He has already talked to insurance, and is waiting on an answer from them regarding a potential claim.  If they do give him a significant amount for a new paint job he is going to likely take that money, but would try to clean it up himself first before getting a new paint job.

I think it's called a clay block and its sold in any AutoZone or similar store.

i would honestly just try with soapy water and a rag it will take some work but it should get it off the new paint will be soft and new versus the existing coat and clear so basically elbow grease as a first attempt bromigo take that to the bank

That video it looks like he might be going into the clear coat with the Goof Off. I would try the clay block
or a buff pad polisher if the soap/water doesn't work.

or give a diamond carbide grinding disc a try but run that sucker on low speed so you do not accidentally cut the hood off take that to the bank brohan

Some youtube video showed this stuff called "Butter Wet Wax".  Stupid name, but it looked like it worked and is waxed when done.  Took spraypaint off easy.

listen the disc grinder was stupid by me but i did give you a real advice above it but hey i guess blow a bunch  of cash on chmicals and crap insted best of luck take that to the piss away your money bank bromigo

I'd wipe it off before it dries.

Take it to a good detailer they'll have some thing to take it off. My company car got tagged with spay paint not too long ago and the detailed had it looking like new in two hours.
