Help me pick gifts for my Italian relatives (1 Viewer)

I will be spending one day with my relatives in their home next week. Not looking to spend a huge amount, but enough to be thoughtful. Looking for something "American" or something that is unlikely readily available to them (internet shopping excepted). They live in a small town in Italy, don't speak English, and it's been 20 years since I've seen them. Need gifts for:

1) Male (father) in his 50s. Teacher, makes his own limoncello.

2) Female (mother and my actual cousin) in her 50s. Teacher, involved in dog rescue, likes to cook.

3) Female (daughter) in her early 20s, no idea.

4) Female (daughter) in her early 20s, no idea.

Shtick or real suggestions welcome. Go.

I send my niece in Italy legos, she loves them.

The adult relatives I send stuff that is particular to America. Food items in particular are popular, but bowling shirts and diabetes also work.

I think we need pics of these two to help. Maybe yoga pants?

I guess I could head over to Ferguson and pick up some matching Hands Up, Don't Shoot shirts for the whole family.

Italian horns to hang from their rear view mirrors back home

Some wife beaters for the men (aka Ginny T's)

Gift certificates to Olive Garden

The first thing that came to mind was a mustache shaver, which works for all family members.

Sorry if this is racist. :bag:

You need gifts for two 20-something Italian women, fresh off the boat, with questionable English skills? Yeah, this should be good.

These are regular women, not ones from a third world country looking to get hitched to the first sucker they meet in order to get US citizenship.

:lmao: JC didnt't come here to be made sport of

Bottle of bourbon for dad. Some sort of kitchen gadget or a Paula Dean cookbook for mom. Something regional for the gals imo.

You could also get a dvd of GFIII and a neglige for the sexier girl.

so, you are visiting them in Italy? what town?

some real suggestions are; a nice grappa, an espresso set, soccer related garb, something from bialetti, one if those cool italian old men hats with ear flaps.

Why would they want stuff they can get in Italy?

last I checked, they had stores in italy and they can get most of our crap. DVD of US movies seems ok, but you need to check the region to make sure they can play it. I find most Italians want to speak English, so maybe a beginning book on that subject, but written in italian. nair and razors of course for the ladies. sports hat for father.

I hope my Italian relatives send me a Dunkin Donuts giftcard.

It's more difficult to get American wine over there so I suggest a thirty seven fifty bottle.

There was a guy around here a few days ago selling legit U.S. passports, maybe look in to that?

Dad: #89 Bavaro jersey

Mom: Espresso machine

Daughters: Yoga pants, digital camera and 1yr membership to Footballguys.com

When my eye-talian in-laws come to the US and A, they go ape-bleep for peanut butter and for BBQ sauce. Actually true.
