Here's the best place to ask those kinds of things. This forum is not for football questions. Some people will use posts like yours to try and make others feel unwelcome or mock them here.

Good news for you in we have Jackson as QB5 and Stafford as QB6 so you have two great options.
We also have a fantastic forum called the Shark Pool that is all about Fantasy Football. You can see it here.
It's way more popular than Assistant Coach but we don't do "who do I start?" posts there for everyone. But we have one dedicated thread each week for that and it's great with posters helping each other. @Chaka usually starts that one.
