High Fructose Corn Syrup...the antichrist (1 Viewer)

How did 100 people die from organic food?
I assume he's referring to outbreaks of e coli - such as the Odwalla juice incident.
I was hoping it was something more, and I still think it must be considering the dozens of such outbreaks and deaths from big ag over the years.I am almost certain he has a legitimate argument, unless I am confusing him for another poster, but he is taking his sweet time delivering it. I hope it doesn't give him diabetes.GET IT?!?! "...sweet time..." "...diabetes." HARHARHARHAR!!! Genius.

I am sure DiStefano will be along any time now. I would like to hear an informed argument defending his position.

make some interesting points about the nature of organic farming and how it isn't everything it is advertised to be. I don't necessarily disagree with the points they touch upon but the episode is somewhat limited in scope.

People killed by "organic foods": 100+

People killed by HFCS: 0

People taken in by the modern equivalent of Salem witch hysteria: Millions.

I would still like to hear DiStefano's reasoning behind the deaths due to organic foods comment.

Just watched King Corn. Interesting documentary and combined with the other information in this thread I've been slowly cutting out hfcs from my diet and eating healthier in general.

I stopped consuming Devil's Candy back in '08 and I'm still a tub of goo. :(
