Does anyone know, who has been the highest graded draft prospect? Reguardless of position. Who had the highest grade entering the draft??

Faulk was rated uber-highly too.
Based on what I know, the highest grade a player can get is an 8. That is coming from an NFL scouting department not PFW, Sporting News, Street and Smith, etc., as they all have some quirky rating system of their own.
OJ Simpson was an 8. Bo Jackson was an 8. They are the only 2 RB to post perfect scores. I am pretty sure Elway was an 8 too but not 100% positive. P. Manning was not far off either but I do not know his score for certain.

I would have to think someone like EBF, Bloom, Chaos Commish, Grid(Iron) Giant or JohnnyU would have the answer(s) to this test. Oh, Yudkin and Drinen might have it also.
It seems there were a couple lineman along the way, which were both OL and DL, that rated that high but I cannot remember the players.
