Hines Ward (wasn't planning on drafting him but I did) (1 Viewer)

At a moment of panic and w/out having been prepared, I pulled the trigger on Hines Ward in the 5th rd. Drafted him as my #3 WR (Moss/Cotchery) and/or my likely weekly Flex play. PPR league.

What expectations should I have for this season?

I was so happy when he ended up on my roster last year. I have always wanted him because the dude always ends up with good numbers. That is until he's on my team. He was a huge disappointment last year. Stayed away from him this year.

I, too, got him in (at the end of ) the 5th rnd and am pleased. He's the perfect kind of 3rd WR because he's gonna give you 6pts virtually every week and a TD every other game. He aging, but his game has never been speed/going deepe, rather, working the middle and getting tough yards. He's still more than capable of filling this role.

He had a bad wheel last yr and toughed it out. With his history, I'll give him a pass for last yr and expect a return to very good #'s.

:lmao: He's certainly in the process of passing the #1 torch to Santonio. However he will produce numbers amongst the best at the position in the WR2 spot (real football WR2, not FF) if he's healthy for the full season.

Hope so...
