I set 2 alarms 30 minutes a part. 1st alarm - I take a caffeine pill with glass of water. 2nd alarm - the caffeine has kicked in and it’s easy to get up
always set an alarm just to be safe, but haven't woke up to it in a few years. generally wake up 5-15 minutes before my alarm goes off and then just get out of bed.
Hit the snooze today, 3 minutes later the dog needed to go out
laid back down and played some Star Wars and checked Twitter, was feeling tired still so set a 15 minute alarm and dozed off for a bit. Did that 2 more times
Yeah, maybe it was because of this thread, but this morning I actually snoozed twice (actually, maybe have been thrice). I was having crazy dreams and I think my brain just wanted to go back to them to seek some kind of resolution. Plus, I've been super slow at work so I figured sleeping in a little wasn't going to hurt anything.
