What are the worst movie to tv edits you can remember?

Im watching Die Hard with a Vengeance and the language edits are obvious but whole scenes hvae been removed. The funniest part is his sign says "I hate everyone."

 
Another one is District 9. They edited out the whole scene where Wikus gets sprayed with the alien fluid. So you have no idea why hes turning into an alien.

 
Pulp Fiction, completely unwatchable when edited. Has to be as intended or ano-go for me.

Scarface is the same boat for me.

I love when Sam Jackson calls Bruce a "racist melon farmer." :lol:

 
I saw an interview with Burt Reynolds where he said that if you watch the TV version of "Deliverance" you would think that he and Jon Voight were cold blooded murders because they cut out almost the entire confrontation with the mountain men. All you see is the initial meeting, and then almost immediately Reynolds shooting the crossbow. Everything in between is gone from the TV edit. And then its Voight stalking and killing the second guy without any apparent provocation.

The one I always notice is "Fast Times At Ridgemont High".

Spicoli: (to Mr. Hand); you....jerk.

When they show Dimone's car after Phoebe spray paints it, all you see is black bars over the lettering.

 
Watched Miracle on Tv the other day and I guess they had to make some edits for time. They edited out the part where Herb makes them skate until Mike E. shouts out where he came from and that he plays for the United States of America. One of the best scenes of the movie and they just cut it out.

One of the dumbest ones I remember is they use to edit out the whole Baby Ruth scene in CaddyShack .. .. Really :confused:

Then one day about 10 years ago my wife & I are watching it on the ABC Family channel. My wife had never seen it so when it gets to that scene I tell her "this part for some reason they edit this out"..

after I explain what happens wouldn't you know it, ABC Family channel of all channels shows the scene :bag:

IIRC, that's actually what the sign said when they were filming and then the sign was digitally changed in editing to what was shown in the theaters.

So, it's actually unedited for tv.

I saw another C&C movie edited down to where there is no mention or smoking of weed at all.

Wedding Crashers replaced Jesus Christ with Cheese and Rice.

I remember watching Goodfellas and the scene when young Hendry first gets pinched, he walks out to see all the wiseguys coming down the stairs to greet him. In the movie, Paulie goes "Ohhh ya broke ya cherry!" but in the TV edit version it became "Ohhh no more virgin!"
