Kate Upton's personal trainer has revealed the grueling workout that got her into shape for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
The supermodel, 20, embarked upon a routine that saw her exercise up to two times a day, for nearly two hours at a time.
Trainer David Kirsch told Peoplehow he also put the 2013 cover girl on a strict diet that banned her from consuming alcohol, sugar, bread and other processed carbs.
He described how they started working together in August in preparation for the December photoshoot, and did two sessions a day for the first two weeks.
Afterwards, Miss Upton worked out five-to-six days a week for up to two hours at a time.
