If Mariah had hit her prime a decade later, she would have benefited from quite a few wardrobe technology updates like Brit and Christina had in their primes.

But Mariah had it all: boobs, butt, face, and legs. Plus she could sing too. She's actually kept it at a high level for a while, which also gains points.
