How are your AirPods holding up? (1 Viewer)

Whenever I see someone on TV with the wires dangling down, the first thing I think of is how cheap that person must be. Okay, frugal, whatever you want to call it.

I mean, they've got to be making decent bank, for starters. And really, you're gonna drive your Pinto until the wheels fall off?

Actually, I could understand hanging onto a vehicle. Plus, Pintos are dope. But earbuds? Wired earbuds while you're on air???

Had a pair of the 1st gen ones. They were OK. A little buggy for me, and the battery became almost unusable after 2 years.

I couldn't really partake in the newer generations because, due to ear surgeries when I was a kid, my left ear canal is a little bigger than most people, so those in-ear squishy things just don't fit.

I'm a massive fan of AfterShokx headphones. Waterproof, long battery life, nothing IN your ears...and you can still hear conversations if needed.

I get why you'd wear wired on a podcast (battery life) or in a studio (proper sound) but makes no sense for a quick interview especially when using the cheap apple variety. Step up to a proper pair like these: https://us.technics.com/products/premium-stereo-earphones-eah-tz700
