Now that the Weekly Upgrades, Downgrades, and Waiver Wire Wonders no longer are priortized in any fashion and the Waiver Wire Gems notation is not used any more, how do you use the Mon/Tue reports to get any earlier jump on waiver pick ups?
I have two leagues that waivers are always available but have a difficult time now quantifying the value now they're just listed alphabetically. I'm at the point that I end up waiting for the Top 250 Forward & LineUp Dominator to come out late Tue potentially missing some opportunities.
Here's a current situation (with last position ranks):
Available WW: N. Washington TEN (39)
Roster (partial): S. Moss WAS (25), P. Harvin MIN (28), N. Burleson DET (27), L. Moore NO (29)
Potential drop: RB#5 M. Lynch SEA (38)
The write up basically says NWash is an upgrade to WR3/flex, same as LMoore. Actually LMoore was already last week. With no report on my other WRs, that pretty much puts all of them between WR25-30 something (all WR#3). It really doesn't clarify anything for me.
Am I missing something? Just really hate sitting and waiting for another 12+ hours for something more quantifiable. (I can't help it, I'm a numbers kinda guy.)
