Gary Russell is better than Shaun Alexander at this point. I still can't believe not one single team put in a claim for him when Pittsburgh sent him down to the practice squad. But really, with the way our O-line looks I don't think it matters who we use at RB.

The Steelers need bodies for this week and Najeh knows the system. I don't think they would consider Shaun Alexander unless they thought Parker was going to miss a lot of time.

alexander looked like one of the worst backs in the league last year. i dont understand why anyone would want him at this point.
