How long before this team tries to see what they've got in Stanzi? Any homers hearing any rumblings?

Since he was hand picked and "groomed" by Pioli. AND he was signed to a ridiculous contract...I'd say he has a very long leash. They put all their eggs in Cassel's basket and they released Brodie Croyle. They have no other option. If they bench Cassel it would be obvious they have given up on the season and will proceed to "Suck for Luck".

it's not like the chiefs have some rookie in teh fold to get the future started... this guy was supposed to be the future... if he gets benched, we're definitely giving up on the season... look for that when they're 1-7 (the win will be a fluke)
