Voted 5 but it was 5.5 years (11 semesters). Abandoned my original major early on and it took me about a year to find my new path.

5- years. I changed my major from CIS to acct/finance - I think I have enough hours for a dual major but what the heck would I do with the cis degree? I wish I would have stayed in college for another few years. You can always make more money, you will never get those college days back..
Interesting, I wish I would have gotten out sooner. Maybe 10 years from now my perspective will change again.
15 years in...money is great, too many hours though. A good weekend to me is a fancy dinner with the bride, and a wine bar after. Generally in bed before midnight. Now, I do have a ton of other hobby's that take the place of late nights in college but those days we great. If I remember correctly you are a junior guy that is doing well. Don't get ahead of yourself. The money will come if you are a hard worker, willing to learn and have a good head on your shoulders.

4 years with double major. took non major reqs the summers of soph and junior years. 1 year "off" to work, then on to grad school for 2.

I spent a total to 11 years in school to get my MBA and wish I would have stayed to get a Phd.

I was at URI for seven years, 160ish credits (all over the place), and no degree. Tons of fun though. Don't regret a thing. They keep calling me to come take a class and walk but what's the rush?

4.5 yrs and 3 different schools
Sounds like we were on the same academic path :hifive:

That was just to finish my Bachelor's Degree. Ended up going to a Business School for a 9 month Certificate Program after. Have a BA in History but got a Microsoftware Applications Certificate which led me to my current job 17+ years ago.

Are you my twin?

I was in a concurrent program, so NY first degrees was 4 years, then a year later I earned my second one (had earned credits toward it through first 4 years). In those 5 years, I never once had a Friday class.
