Straight forward question here... How much time do you work while at work assuming an 8 hour workday?

I'd say in a given week, I probably only do about 15 minutes of real actual work.

In all honesty, I can't remember the last time I worked more than 4 hours in a work day. I feel overwhelmed when that happens. My management definitely rates me an A+. I control the projects that I take on.

5 hours or so on average but some days I have three hours, some days I have seven hours. Hard to predict too.
