How will the 2012 IDP rookies perform? (1 Viewer)

Who do you think will start out hot and what others do you like?

I wound up taking two rookies in a recent dynasty rookie draft:

LB Luke Keuchly

DE Melvin Ingram (he's listed as a DE in my league)

And recently picked up LB Bobby Wagner

I am a bit uncertain what Keuchly does and that is why I picked up Wagner for insurance.

Ingram is someone I've liked even before the draft. He's done well in preseason and he's listed as a DE in my league.

I like Keuchly but I noticed he gets tons of assisted tackles and those do not count as much as solos in my league's scoring. Wagner is a flyer but I do like Melvin Ingram.

Which rookies have you drafted and/or picked up and who do you like this year?

I really liked this draft

AT DE, you got both Chandler Jones and Andre Branch who could surprise and put up some nice numbers. Jones more in big play and Branch more in tackle

AT LB, you still got Lavonte David. Duante Hightower, and Mycheal Kendricks who could all put up nice tackle numbers. For big Play I still like NIck Perry alot

At S. you got just 2. Mark Barron and Harrison Smith that could be nice fantasy additions

CB. I see Claiborne, Gilmore and Jenkins being not bad adds and Fletcher Cox for DT

This was really a pretty nice class for IDP dynasty leagues when you add Wagner, Kuechley and Ingram to the list. Some other guys that will do okay but not sure how much a McClennin, Brown, Vernonor Wolfe will do out of the gates. But these 4 are interesting also

I haven't seen Chandler Jones play yet and really am looking forward to it.Of the guys you mention who I feel has the best shot to blow up, Tampa Bay S Mark Barron. I usually don't like to consider drafting any DBs since they are so erratic with their weekly scoring which tends to varry with interceptions and its really tough to try and figure out when a guy will get an interception.The other guy you mention that I want to see what happens with him is Perry. He might make some noise playing opposite Clay Mathews Junior.I'll also throw out Witney Mercilus. Hearing good things about him but want to see how he performs before I'd take a flyer on him.

Problem with Whitney is that Brooks Reed is the starter there. So what will he see this year with a pretty good young player in front of him. I think it hurts both values. I believe Connor Barwin is FA after this year so maybe next if Barwin moves on.
