***Howard Stern*** (1 Viewer)

How do these guys get in to be able to pull off these jokes? You'd think ESPN has some sort of security questions/measures in place to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen.
And Janks has probably had to answer thousands of them. You make enough of these calls, you learn what to say to get on the air.I am kinda surprised he got in under the pretense of actually being Brian Westbrook, though.
you would think ESPN would have westbrook's agent or the team or somebody's phone number in a database and would be able to confirm his cell #.Did they really think that Westbrook's first priority on the day he's cut from the only team he's ever played for was to call SC.
Janks said on Stern that he initially called as Westbrook's manager and said that Westbrook wanted to come on the air. They asked him for Brian Westbrook's number, so Janks just gave them his own number and they called it later.

Howard on the Early Show trashing Leno.

Solid appearance.

I think Leno won't bother to respond though, attention is what Howard wants most of all at this point.
I didnt catch this yesterday but tuned in just as it was over and people were calling with feedbackI am a little disappointed considering everyone said it was a grand slam. He just gave a recap of what Jay did for two minutes. Never talked about him stealing Stuttering John. Maybe because I have heard it 8 million times already I have a different take.

nobody outside of the stern universe knows that john melendez from the tonight show is Stuttering John from Stern

His appearance on CBS made me realize that he needs to go back to regular radio. All the stuffed shirts, uptight wannabes and media whores have what they want with Stern on Satellite. He's out of their way, with no national forum to speak his truth. Yeah he's got however many millions of listeners, but they pay to hear him. He needs to be in the faces of the people who despise him the most. Thats what i miss the most about his show since he moved. He just cant get people as fired up and po'd at him anymore

It's funny because even Howard admitted that he misses the crazy phone calls he used to get. Random people that hated him would call and complain. Now the calls all come from fans since everyone listening pays for it.

i just love seeing him make regular media types completely uncomfortable. None of the newsclones know how to handle him and it fan-#######-tastic to see. I bet if he started his own radio channel and syndicated it, he could make the serious money he's always wishing for.

I think he's done. Not that I think he's not good anymore - but he's got enough money and has done it for long enough. He's going to walk away - at least for a while.

He was recently saying he doesn't really care anymore after 30 years. If Sirius throws anouther truckload of $$ at him, he'll stay. If they don't and they want to gamble that the fans he brought in will stay in a Howard-less medium, he'll walk. If that happens, then if American Idol throws $100 million at him, he'll take that job. If not, he'll probably just sit home and wait to see what happens next, if anything. I don't think he's going back to terrestrial radio any time soon. He's not going to want to work under the auspices of that censorship again.

But how can he stand for John Gambling Jr. being in the top 10?!?!!!

I agree that the lack of interesting callers is probably the biggest negative about the time at Sirius. I don't know if there aren't any or if they are heavily screening them in the back, but the complaints always provided an interesting dynamic.I realize that most people who are paying would be loyal supporters, but there have to be more calls like Dina last week that aren't making it on the air.

So far just 1 girl has been introduced.

1) Jamie Jungers- http://ctpatriot1970.files.wordpress.com/2...ie-jungers2.jpg
Who the Hell Is She?

Jaime is a cocktail waitress and "aspiring" model in Vegas. According to her, though, she started an 18-month fling with Tiger when she lived in Orlando, and they would bang in his house when his wife wasn't there. Oh, and she was only 20 years old at the time.

Why She Was a Good Choice

Look at her. This girl is adorable. At the age of 20, she was probably even cuter than she is now, all soft and smelling like flowers and stuff. Also, she was probably very impressionable and willing to do anything to stay in the good graces of a billionaire pro golfer who decided to start banging her when his wife was out of town...anything.

Why She Was a Bad Choice

Being a model just involves looking attractive. I don't know how Jaime can aspire to that without accomplishing it. It seems like anyone who's waiting to get their braces off qualifies as an "aspiring model". If she hasn't become a model by the age of 26, it's because she's completely ######ed.

Who the Hell Is She?

Jaimee lives in Los Angeles, and she and Tiger began knockin' boots (remember 1997?) in 2007, which was also right around the time that Jaimee started spelling her name with way too many vowels. Their relationship continued for 31 months, and Tiger never used a condom because he's a dirty muthaf*cka. Jaimee is the chick who released the voicemail, in which Tiger asks her to remove her name from her voicemail in case his nosy viking wife decided to snoop around.

Why She Was a Good Choice

She's super-hot. She worked at a Medical Marijuana pharmacy. Also, did we mention she's super-hot?

Why She Was a Bad Choice

She was a cocktail waitress and she worked in a weed shop, so obviously she didn't have a lot of spending cash. This means that she had every reason to blackmail him or try to squeeze him for money. That's dangerous. Also, there was never any discussion about why he wasn't wearing a condom or whether or not she was on birth control, so she seems like a skeezy, money-grubbing whore. She was also on VH1's Tool Academy, and she was arrested once for shoplifting at Nordstrom's, so she's a real class-act.

I thought David Arquette was hilarious today. You could tell he was having a blast and he knew when to add and when to keep quiet. Not saying he should replace Artie or be in as much as George Takei but they should bring him in for a day every few months. You could tell he'd be a guy that would give up more and more info each time he came in.
