Just think of the ways this can be used.

For instance, you got this really fat person and you have this death row inmate. You put a bullet in the head of the death row inmate and chop off the body of the fatty. Instant non-fat person, dead death row inmate. 2 birds killed with one stone.

Now if you are one of those wimps that doesn't think the death row inmate deserves to die, we swap the heads and punish the death row guy a little more with a really fat body. He will die quicker since his arteries are already quite clogged and his heart is taxed by the fat.
