I met another football guy today at my Oakland Market!

Yep, nice to officially meet as FBG. When I saw this thread originally, I was like no way, I've got a bunch of his hot sauce in my cabinet. Good stuff

Re-ordered some more green labels and then dia del Perro this past week. Crazy how I had no idea this guy actually sold hot sauces. Love the green label.

Not to break the pure hot sauce enjoyment (another fan here, came in a fuego box subscription once), but chiming in to say every time I've met a FBG or two has also been awesome! Maybe we should do some local meetups or something lol. Not that many parts of life where the hit rate on likable is 100%. Just goes to show the great community @Joe Bryant you've fostered here.

So, since this seems to be the official hot sauce thread, if I were looking for a hot sauce that was more spice than sweet, fairly hot but nothing crazy, but find a lot of hot sauces in general to have too strong a vinegar taste, what HSG label would that be?

Green label is very flavorful. Not super spicy at all. I’d try that imo.
