Just reflecting what the data and my eyes tell me. The Packers scored more points than the Bears. They allowed fewer points than the Bears. The ball takes funny bounces, along the way to wins and losses. I understand Bears fans feel entitled to more respect because they won the division. They're doing very little, however, to earn that respect right now being down 14-0. Which is not surprising to most. My guess is most football fans, save for the Jets and Steelers, are happy that they'll get to watch the better team playing in the Super Bowl in a couple of weeks. You do of course realize, being the football savante that you are, that the Packers being from the same division played all the same teams and ended up with a worse record and a worse record within the conference, right? It's cool if you want to hold on to your bias and disregard the facts though. So, the Bears split with one winning team and beat the Jets and Philly. And, then all other games they won 8 games against teams with a combined record of 43-85. Impressive.![]()
