News: According to the Palm Beach Post, Leigh Steinberg, the agent for suspended Dolphins RB Ricky Williams expects the NFL to rule "any day" on his application for reinstatement. There were rumblings over the weekend that the league would not let Williams play this season, but Steinberg said he and his client are optimistic.

Analysis: The Dolphins will surely want to get Williams on the field at some point this season to show other teams what he can offer them. Ronnie Brown should be back next season, so the Fins really have no need to keep the former Heisman Trophy winner, but they don't want to get nothing for him, either. If he can return this season, he might be worth picking up as he will likely get plenty of carries."

How would he rank? Top 20? top 15? assuming he is in playing shape.

Who knows. I could see him getting 15 carries a game at 3.5 yards a pop or reinjuring his mangina after 1 week and going down for the season.

In any case, this is a guy who couldn't make it through a CFL season, hasn't played real ball in years, and is coming back to the worst team in football.

If you're looking at Ricky Williams for your fantasy team, you're probably out of contention anyway.
