The tie part is not true with Arizona.If they finish tied for first with St Louis at 7-9 (and the other teams are 6-10 or worse) they get the tiebreaker.

The Yahoo Scenario Generator gives the division title to St. Louis in that situation. St. Louis would have a 3-3 division record to Arizona's 2-4 record. I can't find a way to bring St. Louis' division record down to 2-4 without giving the division title to San Francisco or Seattle.

Grr looks like you are right. Of course the scenario generator was pretty glitchy last week so maybe that was the reason I got the wrong thing.Anyhow, it doesn't matter - the Cardinals are as good as in!!!
