If you have two fantasy teams.....in two different leagues (1 Viewer)

......the following scenario:

Let's say you have LT in one league and in other league, you are playing LT?? OR you have Brady and are playing Brady?? Etc..etc...etc....you get the picture.

How do others of you out there who play in more than one league deal with it as you surely want production for your one team but not for the other?

Nothing to "deal with"

Start your best players and go from there.

I played in 6 leagues last year and it happened to me about every other/3rd week.

You have no control over the other team or outcome other than to start your guys.

Ultimately, I'm with jwb. Spend Sunday enjoying football and revising your opinions of different teams and players in anticipation of making moves to improve your teams and draft well next year.

If that doesn't appeal to you, I advise you to pick one team to be your "main" team that you concentrate your rooting energies toward while disregarding the other teams. This will probably be the league with the highest stakes or the team with the best shot of winning a championship.

Monday night, on the other hand, is all about rooting to win that one fantasy matchup that is still in doubt.

:lmao: I'm not sure I really understand the question. I may give my game-watching some "body English" and hope that LT doesn't score that extra TD to beat me in the one matchup or something, but it's not like I'm controlling what happens.

For anyone that plays in multiple leagues, this happens all the time. You start your best players in each league, period. Each league is independent of the others. Don't try to overthink it.

 Pretty much everything there is to say. There's really nothing you can do, and you definitely shouldn't let it affect your lineup decisions. Best player that week gets the nod. If both fantasy teams are solid, there's a good chance you can win them both.

what i did was to stop looking at my opponent's roster and just focus on my players. it is much easier on the nerves. :stirspot:

I was in 7 leagues last year and this is what I did. I would set my lineups and then just check to see how my matchups are going once in a while. I would usually sit down before the Sunday night football game and see how things were shaking out. Who was left to play in the 2 remaining games and what I needed to win each matchup. No sense sweating it all day long. 7 teams was bit much for me last year and I will cut back to 5 this year, but it had nothing to do with having too many players to root for and against.
