Illegal immigration (1 Viewer)

Well, the good news is this girl and her family can be comforted by the fact that this is merely an anecdote...

One is one too many.
Violent criminals, I agree. Everyone else that is undocumented- you're absolutely wrong, and people like me will continue to fight you, with sanctuary cities, civil disobedience, breaking the law if we must, knowing all the while that we have the moral right and the spirit of our Founding Fathers on our side.

Also- the OP is incorrect. There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. Coming into this country without documents is a misdemeanor. But that doesn't make a person "illegal". There is no such thing as an illegal person.
Keep burying yourself. Good idea.

You have mentally unstable, psychotic #######s on your side.

So what about the other 75,000 or so reported rapes that will occur by legal US citizens this year? Or do we only care about the few that line up with our fanatical political agendas???

Police arrested two illegal alien suspects, 18-year-old Henry E. Sanchez Milian and 17-year-old Jose Montano, on Thursday after staff at Rockville High School in Maryland reported a sex attack on a 14-year-old freshman who had just escaped her alleged assailants. Sanchez Milian is a citizen of Guatemala.

Border patrol agents encountered him in Texas in August as he crossed from Mexico into the U.S., according to WTOP.com.

Obama administration policy required he be issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge for a hearing, and in the meantime, Sanchez Milian was free to roam around as he pleased. Despite his age, he was permitted to enroll in a public high school as a freshman.

According to a detective’s interview with the victim that same day, Sanchez Milian and Montano allegedly raped her orally, ######lly, and anally while bending her across a toilet in a boy’s bathroom stall, sometimes simultaneously. The victim repeatedly cried out in pain and begged them to stop throughout the savage attack. A forensic specialist found blood and bodily fluids in the boy’s bathroom after the victim reported the alleged rape.

The alleged rape took place on Mar. 16, one month before the victim’s fifteenth birthday, according to the date of birth marked on the detective’s statement of probable cause.

An immigration detainer request has been placed on Sanchez Milian, but ICE officials will not comment on Montano’s case, since he is still a minor. Both suspects face “first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense,” according to WTOP.com.
These are the entirety of the facts in this article.

- August he's on the border, March he's in MD. How did he get from A to B with a notice to appear befroe a judge?

- Other question is - they let 18 yo's enroll as Freshmen? How is that ok?

Means nothing to them. And yet I am the one who is uncaring somehow, because I reject their xenophobia.

No you don't. Most of the Founding Fathers believed in homogeneity in demographics

I feel horrible for the girl and her family. What a tragedy.

Can we get an article that explains the what/how/why/who? I read the BB piece and one day the perp is in Guatemala the next he is in MD. Does he have parents? Where are they? How did he end up in MD? Who was the immigration judge? Was there a judge? Where are they getting this information? Did he have a prior record? Couldn't this guy have gotten into the US under Trump's plan just as well?

The Department of Homeland Security is denying this because it isn’t happening  — at least, not as described.  The article quoted above is conflating “illegal immigrants” with refugees and asylum seekers, who often show up on the southern border of the United States because that is the most accessible route from South and Central America, particularly from “Northern Triangle” countries (Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador) that are plagued by violence and political and economic instability.

Refugees and asylum seekers are subject to entirely different definitions and laws under the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and are considered a protected class:

It’s possible, even probable, that the unnamed sources in this Judicial Watch saw families being bused from one detention center to the next or sent to transportation hubs in order to join family members in the United States pending further immigration hearings.  This has been standard policy and practice for years in the U.S.

Oh no you don't.  You don't get to fully support providing sanctuary and cover for illegal immigrants and then try to point the finger at Americans when they commit crimes.

If you can prevent one, just one, wouldn't you?

Many of them believed in slavery too. Including the guy who wrote the Declaration of Independence.

That's why I used the word "spirit". Because their ideas were larger than their own limited application of them.

Are you kidding me with this trash...you think no one cares about rape...you are really making that claim as a defense of your political agenda...sick, just sick...

And your spirit is supporting some child rapists and apologizing for others. I'd prefer to judge on actions, rather than some nebulous interpretation that's different to everyone.

At the cost of committing other crimes against innocent people? No.
You wouldn't prevent the rape of this 14 year old girl if you had the chance. You know what a sick, twisted #### that makes you?  Man I've defended you in the past but you've completely bottomed out. Deplorable.

I am not supporting or apologizing for any criminal. Let this scumbags who did this rot in hell for I care. I hope they die, frankly.

But I don't want this story used as an excuse to try to shut down Sanctuary Cities. I think Sanctuary Cities are a good thing.

I think it's best to put the trolls on ignore and not quote them as to polute other posters boards.

That's not what I wrote and you know it. Don't put words in my mouth.

The Department of Homeland Security is...
Wait, I'm just asking about a couple facts about the case to start:

- How did Sanchez - he, himself, the perpetrator - not whatever happens wherever else - get from the Mex border to MD?

- And how does any 18 year old enroll as a freshman?

Makes you sick , it really does. These 2 ####### animals violent raped , sodomized and made her perform oral sex in the bathroom stall . Zero moral compass and not redeemable

- Btw Oadi, I appreciate the response. I get hyperfocused sometimes.

Do we know that's what happened with Sanchez?

Is anybody for this? Because if you're not, according to RBM and Hell Toupee, you are for rape and have no moral compass.
We're not the ones in here outraged by the fact that someone called the rapist an "illegal".  We're more focused on the horrible rape that occurred on that poor, poor child.

RBM, would you pass a law taking everybody's guns away, if you knew it could save at least one life from a mass shooting?
When is the last time a gun consciously made the decision to kill someone?

When is the last time an illegal consciously made the decision to rape or kill someone?

If we stop one crime and deport them then their next crime becomes more difficult to commit in the United States.
Sigh.

I'm so tired of trying to argue against this illogic. Anyhow, you guys won. You have elected a President, and a House of Representatives, and a Senate, that largely agrees with you on this subject. So do what you need to do. IMO, you will fail badly, it will do nothing to stop violent crime, and it will hurt us terribly. But have at it.
