My father and I were close for a long time. We would go hiking, fishing, took vacations. We worked in the yard together. Fixed cars together. We have a lot of memories I'll remember for a very long time.
But there's been a problem and I hope you guys can help. When we sit down to dinner, sometimes he farts. Then he laughs and laughs like its a big joke. But if I fart at dinner, he gets upset, complains loudly, and then grabs his plate and lifts it up as if to avoid the smell reaching his plate. Then he leaves and eats dinner in the living room.
I hate the hypocrisy. I think my farts are just as funny and won't harm his food at all. What should I do?
