Thinkin bout benchin him for Droughns but can't pull the trigger.
It looks like Huard is starting after warming up and looking good enough.Kennison over Mason... Playing in KC is a good thing, but now it's a hard decision if Brodie Croyle is starting...
I'm doing the same exact thing.Well here goes.Starting Rivers over Manning - Yes, I think the Denver D is going to come to play, and I just don't see Manning getting it done this week.
Good idea as Deuce should get more carries.Deuce over Marion Barber III as my RB3. Any thoughts?
My backups are Brad Johnson vs NE and V.Young vs HOUI'd love to start V.Young to see him tear apart Houston but there is just no way I canThis wind in NY and Philly sounds like it's going to be a major problem for all four QB's. McNabb is hands-down the #1 QB in every fantasy league to date. Do you consider benching him this week, and if so for who?
I think if you have Peyton Manning as your back up, you bench McNabb.Don't be silly. This wind in NY and Philly sounds like it's going to be a major problem for all four QB's. McNabb is hands-down the #1 QB in every fantasy league to date. Do you consider benching him this week, and if so for who?
I don't have him in any league, bu would consider sitting him this week for P Manning. He'll probably get 100 yards and 2 TDs on the ground. This wind in NY and Philly sounds like it's going to be a major problem for all four QB's. I don't think you guys understand just how windy it is in the northeast today. From Phily up to New England there are consistant cross winds of 25-30 mph. With gusts up to 50 mph in some places. If I had a decent #2 option I would go with it.have rivers and was toying with the idea of benching McNabb for him but just couldn't do it - guy has been all world!

I'm basically in the same boat. My two alternatives are Romo (@ Carolina) and Walter (vs. Pittsburgh). Romo is the only conceivable replacement, but I just can't bring myself to bench McNabb for Romo in his first start against Peppers and company.Looks like it will take an act of God to slow McNabb down. I guess he'll just have to run a few in, then. I would think about sitting him, but my two other QB's are on a bye.
I'd probably stick with Eddie if I were you...just my two cents. Huard is starting and that Seattle D is less than average. Like you said, it's going to be windy in Philly and who knows how Garrard is going to look (I actually think he will have a good game). Good luck.Starting Reggie Williams over Kennison despite the wind![]()
I have the same dilemma and will stay with McNabb for 2 reasons. First, I always believe in going with who got you there. Secondly, because of McNabb, my team can afford a loss, so see rule #1 again.i got favre and im really tempted to put him in over mcnabb...... going back and forth.
At halftime, I look smart.Starting Wallace over Vick and Brees.Vick wwas hot last week, so he'll be horriable this week. Brees against the Ravens(scary D).Seattle's run game sucks, they will be playing from behind, and Wallace will pile up passing/running yards today.![]()
Wow, I figured McNabb would take a hit today from this wind, but I never figured he'd look this bad!!9/20/68 0/0 through 3 quarters. GB his 30 yards rushing on scrambles, because otherwise he'd be in Alex Smith territory today.I'm basically in the same boat. My two alternatives are Romo (@ Carolina) and Walter (vs. Pittsburgh). David Carr over Eli Manning
Pretty much a pushTom Brady over Peyton Manning![]()
Ah dude I hope you didn't.....Well here goes.Starting Rivers over Manning - Yes, I think the Denver D is going to come to play, and I just don't see Manning getting it done this week.On that same note:Starting Berrian over Wayne - Berrian against the worst D in the league, and Wayne against the best. Going with the matchup. This is one of those weeks where I made the hard decision and went against "always start your studs." We'll see how this works out.![]()
