BigTex

Don't mess with Texas
Now that they Preseason is over what will you be watching for?

1. I will watching the Cowboys secondary, as a unit they didn't look to well in preseason.

2. CJ3, with all the hype (including myself) how will he look.

3. B. Johnson, this guy has been on my roster for three years, show me something.

4. The Burner Turner, I traded B. Marshall for him during the preseason last year, now I need to see a return on my investment.

I'm ready for some football.

I will be watching every single game. Going to the local sports bar. Hope to make it until the Colts/Bears is done....but thats alot of drinking. I know I can do it. I have been practicing.

Good luck, I believe you can do it. :football:

So many things Big Tex, it's really hard to list.

I'll be watching the entire Dallas defense. I'll be watching to see if they can put a pass rush on Cleveland who does have an above average offensive line. I'll be wathcing Zach Thomas and how he moves in the flow of the defense. I'll be watching to see if Pacman Jones is the real deal for Dallas or not.

On offense, I'll be watching for how Dallas uses Felix Jones. I want to see how Dallas plans on using rookie TE M. Bennett, I think he'll be in the game quite a bit.

In the Detroit game, I want to see how often Detroit runs the ball, how well they run the ball and who's running the ball. I want to see how Michael Turner looks as a Falcon against a below average defense.

I'll be looking to see what Tom Brady and Peyton Manning look like after much talk about their injuries.

I'll be looking at Chad Johnson and what he looks like with this torn labrum. I want to see Chris Perry in a starting role. I want to see what Ray Rice looks like, is he the real deal, I think he is.

I want to see Brett Farve in NY. Who is he going to throw to early and often. Lots of talk about his receiers but he traditionally likes to throw to his TE's down near the goaline.

I want to see what Larry Johnson looks like running against NE, how Bowe looks in year 2.

I want to see how dynamic Frank Gore is going to be in this Martz offense. I want to see how S. Jackson looks after holding out for so long. How Marc Bulger looks healthy, it may not last long.

I want to see who's running the ball in Seattle, who's catching a ball beides Burleson. I want to see how Forte looks as a Bear. I want to see the Carolina RB's run against a solid defense and I want to see who spells Lt2.

I want to see what McFadden looks like, I think he'll be solid. I want to see J. Russell, can he hit a WR? I want to see what Jay Cutler looks like, does he move forward off last year.

I want to see Vince Young. Can he turn it on a bit now that it's regular season? I want to see Tennessee's defense, can they stop the run? We'll find out today with a good rushing attack in MJD and Fred Taylor.

I want to see how good Minnesota's defense is. I definately want to see Aaron Rodgers, I think he's good. I want to see how good ADP looks and I want to see how often Chester Taylor is in the game.

So many things to see and I hope to get all of those questions answered today/tomorrow while watching on High Definition with the NFL Package. It was expensive but I'm happy I have it this morning while waiting with anticipation for today's games.

very :football: I forgot about Chris Perry, as a Rudi owner and a non-believer in Perry I'll be watching that one too.LJ is another one I'll be watching (owner) its going to be tough for him going up against NE

The Bucs are my favourite team, but my fantasy team is stacked full of NO players :football: So, I'm gonna be watching that one for sure. Hope it is like 67-66 in favour of TB when the dust settles :)

Looks like Lawrence Jackson will be lining up against Buff's backup LT. Should be as good a chance as any to see what Jackson is capable of doing.

Definitely will be watching the NE game to see if NE will actually run the ball this year or continue to roll with the passing game. As a Welker owner in both my .5 ppr leagues, I hope for the latter.

Definitely want to see what K. Smith is capable of today vs Atl.

Trent Cole vs. the StL offensive line.

Randy McMichael...I like him to bust out this year and be a top 6 TE.

Chris Perry...Ok, you're the starter, you've got mucho talent, let's see you do something today. I put you in as my #2 RB.

Ocho Cinco...You said if you changed your name, you'd have to back it up with your play. Let's see it.

Sea RBBC...Eager to see how this actually plays out over the course of a game

Den RBBC...See Sea RBBC

Tenn RBBC...See Sea RBBC

Ray Rice...if he gets to carry the load today against the Cinci DST I wanna see what he brings to the table

Mayo...is this guy gonna be an effective fantasy LB or not?

In one draft I passed up Maroney because NE don't use him enough. The talent is there he's just not used much. This will be a good one to watch.

I'm seriously geeked at the moment.. the wife wants to take the dogs to the dog park this morning and I don't.. too jacked up for FOOOOTBALL!

Calvin Johnson. In my money league, I took him over Colston, Smith, Housh, Marshall, Holt, and 85. Today he shows everyone why I made the right pick.

Hello RJS113, last year I passed on M. Lynch and grabbed CJII in the rookie draft last year, I'm stacked at RB but didn't think that Lynch would perform as well as he has. I'm starting CJII today, most definately one to watch.

I'll be looking to see how Chris Perry responds to his starting role and if Kevin Smith will run with a chip on his shoulder to stave off Rudi Johnson from taking a cut into his carries.

I woke up at 6 this morning and I've been reading everything I can just waiting for kickoff!!

Since the Giants already played, I will be checking out all of my fantasy players at some point today.

I will also be rooting against the Eagles and Cowboys! :excited:

most excited about MEGATRON!!!

Wanna see how Bush looks in this critical 3rd year.

Excited to see all the big name rookies, especially CJ3, McFadden, Rice, Stewart, and Hardy.

I'll be interested in how many passes Chris Johnson catches.

I want to see Favre light it up to Cotchery.

As a fan, I'll be watching Dallas' secondary as well. I think Felix Jones is going to wow a lot of people this year. He's the only Cowboy on my team

For fantasy,

Favre to Cotchery. I think they're going to be huge. I doubt Favre will have the entire play book available to him and I'm betting on a lot of freelancing between the two.

Chris Johnson. I drank the kool aid and I drafted him late, I want to see if he takes the job.

Matt Jones. He looked great in the preseason. To me, it looked like they were forcing the ball to him. It was working. :goodposting:

Rickey Williams. I want to see how many carries he gets.

This is my number one thing to watch for two reasons. Super excited to see an improved running game as a fan, and really hoping that Morris shines in his opportunity. However, I want Jones and Duckett to play well too. I would love to see one of the three standout to make fantasy decisions easier, but its just more important to me that the Seahawks play well.

Eh, who do you think won? We've already gone...But the nice thing with my wife is that she loves football too (college and NFL), so she knows what I'm going through and wouldn't schedule something DURING football on Sunday or Monday night.. :lmao:

The Jets. I am very curious to see what Brett and that offensive line can do. And the Pack. Is Rogers any good?
