I honestly don't think you need it for insanity, but that is my opinion.Please tell me you don't drink any soda.More than anything, be patient. If you didn't measure your waist, legs, chest, etc, do it now. Don't weigh yourself every day.I am done with INsanity in 3 days, haven't weighed myself at all (or at the beginning) of the program. Now this is mainly due to no access to a scale, but it is kind of nice to not worry about this number, and rather to use the important stats (how I feel, the mirror) to define my progress.As to your height / weight, everyone has a different body type. Get down to that 175/170 and reassess things there
