Interesting Mock Draft (1 Viewer)

I've read a lot of different mock drafts, but this one was actually produced by a pretty credible Bucs news site. I think it's pretty realistic.

Here is the link to the mock draft.

Pretty straightforward if i do say so myself. Some picks were shockers, however. No ben grubbs but blaylock so high? Aaron Rouse before Michael Griffin? While its possible the chances are almost null. Hate the Sidney Rice to SD scenario- meachem is the better fit and pick here. Other than that its pretty much vanilla, nothing I havent seen before except Aaron Ross before Leon Hall. While it could happen, experience has to count for something and Leon Hall has TONS. Also, Im not sold as to whether Levi Brown can be a franchise LT and whether the texans would reach for him when they have very pressing issues with their QB and S spots and would be able to grab very elite players for either. Bills pick seems very knee jerk. Also the Jags, in the event they draft a CB have discussed moving Mathis to FS, where he can be better utilized. Fantasy owners take note, his stock will soar. Brian Williams opposite Ross or Hall would be killer. Senabaugh and Mathis would seal perhaps the best secondary in the league.

This isn't areach for Brown and OL is the biggest need for Houston.

The biggest need for Houston is play makers, not OLinemen. First off, Kubiak is looking to go with a Denver type line system with smaller guys with good mobility. Also, depending on how their injury situation plays out, the line won't be a huge problem with the team as it has been in years past. What Houston lacked all of last season was impact plays. Hopefully they select BPA, because they have so many needs that to do anything else is plain stupid.

Sorry guy, but when a OT runs a 5.34 40, to expect him to handle speed rushes is almost laughable. Sure he has physical tools but when technique and speed is an issue, its safe to say he'd be much rather suited on the inside or as a RT. He'd be destroyed by the AFC south pass-rushers alone.Needless to say, Im not convinced he's an LT at all.

:2cents:
You don't need a 4.2 40 to be a good tackle in the NFL. You need technique, instincts, strength, and quickness. 40 time does not tell much about somebodies quickness.

Please read my original post here. I stated that the combination of his slow speed plus the fact that he does not have good technique might scare some teams away from looking at him as an LT. He also has some concerns such as surgery on his planting knee just last season.I wouldnt be the first to say he couldnt play LT in the pros.
