Our staff has selected some of the more influential people in the Fantasy Football space. Joe and I, with help from the message board, will interview approximately 20 people from now until the start of the fantasy season.

Here is how this will work.

We are going to solicit questions for 3 days. The best of these questions will be forwarded to our interview candidate. When he answers them, this content will be posted as free material on the FBG website.

Here is a quick bio regarding Greg Ambrosius:

Greg Ambrosius has been the editor of Fantasy Sports Magazine since its inception in 1989 and was the founder of the Fantasy Sports Trade Conference in 2000. In 2001 he was elected to the Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame and in 2002 he became president of the Fantasy Sports Trade Association, a title he held until 2006. Ambrosius was the founder of the National Fantasy Football Championship and the National Fantasy Baseball Championship, which debuted in 2004 with $100,000 grand prizes. Ambrosius is now the current president of the Fantasy Sports Association.

I will throw some questions out to get this party started:

1. Talk about the "High Stakes" landscape. It seems more and more companies are entering this space all with grand plans to have the biggest event possible. What's the NFFC's strategy regarding this space in the foreseeable future?

2. Tell us about your partnership with NBC / Rotoworld. What is their inclusion mean to people interested in your contests?

3. Third Round Reversal, Kentucky Derby Seeding....Who is thinking this stuff up? Talk to us about your unique rules, how they came to be, and what they mean to the fantasy player.

4. Take us behind the scenes of how a fantasy football magazine gets created.

What makes NFFC stand out from the other high stakes championships like WCOFF and others?

What does it mean to you to be elected to the Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame?

I noticed in the High Stakes feature the NFFC has the prize money secured by Wells Fargo. After the AFFL stuff I'd like to know what that means, exactly. Are prize funds placed in escrow, only to be paid to the winners? Or is it something else?

Fantasy football, and fantasy sports in general, took a huge leap forward with the growth of the internet. Do you see anything on the horizon that could have a similar effect - either positively or negatively?
