my phone records in 1080p video, and I can view it on my phone

however if I convert a video I can't do it in 1080p...

Does the phone know it recorded the video and how to internally convert it?

Is the IPAD similar or true 1080p. Not sure I really care about 1080p on a tablet to be honest just trying to understand the features

It's not open space, but you can have 21GB of music and just stream it, yes. You can't treat it as one open 21GB hard drive.

I don't own a iPad 2, but the 1 didn't act as a hotspot. No tethering to it. iPhone 4s only supports tethering on CSpire (my provider). Surprised if they departed from this and likely indicates that non-jailbroken tethering is coming for iPhone5.

But then don't you have to give up the unlimited data plan (for those of us that have it) if you do tethering?
