I like to view all Big Oil executives as mustache twirling villains with no redeeming value, but then I realize every human on the earth needs their products to support their continued existence. I then consider these products are consumed by my friends and loved ones to their benefit. Finally, I remember they are also consumed by me, and I wonder how small my carbon footprint needs to be before I can't consider myself a hypocrite on the matter.
