I have always thought it was Pit Row, but listening to the Dan Patrick Show today, i am not sure.

But I am still voting Pit Row

 
I always thought it was "both"...

Pit ROW is behind the wall.. all the mechanics and equipment...

Pit ROAD is the physical road the cars drive down entering and leaving the pits...

 
Was listening to a radio spot this morning for some monster truck show coming to the city.

They referred to the drivers as "athletes"

If your definition of athlete requires running, throwing, etc, then you're right.

But if endurance is included, they are athletes. It is a physical activity.

We're not talking about race car drivers (who aren't athletes either), the promo was for Monster Truck drivers.

Yeah, I didn't notice that.

Note to self: read posts fully before responding.

I think race car drivers are athletes, but I understand the case against it.
