Is Kerry Collins worth a pickup (1 Viewer)

Just looking at his stats last year and he actually finished 12th in our scoring, and he missed a game.

I have Vince young, in a dynasty league, and I have Losman too, was thinking of just hancuffing Collins, my other QB is DC and I may beed to go with a veteran guy. Is Collins definitely the starter in Tennessee?

My question is this: If Collins is starting ( and by all accounts I have read, he is) does he know that Drew Bennett is his #1 Wr?

And if he does can he make the throws without getting picked off like last year in Oakland?

And is he ready enough to make the decisions about where the ball should go?



I have to start Bennett this week cuz my top WR, S. Smith is out.



What are my chances of Bennett having a top game with a "brand new QB?

well, Collins had 20 td's and 12 INT's last year, that's actually not all that bad. Many QB's had worse numbers. I know that Moss and Porter are better than Bennett and co, but Collins was not as bad as it seemed, at least numbers wise 3700 yards.

I think he could make Bennett look good.

Thanks for the insight. I liked Bennett but not as my starter. I drafted him late in my draft only because I thought Volek was gonna throw to him. Since Smith is out in Carolina I needed to start someone else. So I started Bennett instead. Think he will do well against the Jets Def? Anyone wanna give an opinion on this.
