Is the last game Detroit won the one where they were Tebowing? (1 Viewer)

They have been on such an ugly tailspin of late, then my co-worker said he didn't think they have won since the game they were making fun of Tebow? If that's true...

There is no doubt Detroit has not played as well in the past month and a half as they did to start the season. However, if you look at the games they have lost, there is only one loss that could possibly be construed as a bad one, at home against Atlanta.

Detroit's losses:

Green Bay (12-0)

San Francisco (10-2)

New Orleans (9-3)

Chicago (7-5) -- split season series, each team winning at home

Atlanta (7-5)

I think Detroit was reasonably competitive against both Green Bay and especially New Orleans. They just couldn't get points out of many reasonable scoring opportunities. Given that no one has beaten Green Bay at all or the Saints in New Orleans all season long, those are not completely bad showings. If they could play with composure, they could theoretically beat anyone. However, that composure deficit seems like a situation that is not going to improve any time soon.

When you have a coach like Schwartz, you are going to be right on the edge of the rules. They need to figure out how to stay on the edge and not go over.

:goodposting: And to correct the thread title, the last game Denver lost was to Detroit...
